Another gorgeous Brickendon Grange wedding for me, I’m so lucky to get to work here so much! On this occasion everything started 30 minutes before the ceremony, so I stayed for most of the evening instead of the main dancing. I grabbed Stephan and the guys for some quick group photos before he went to see the registrar and then some detail shots of the Ceremony set up as people started to arrive. It looked amazing as always! There was time for a few candid shots of guests arriving before Stephanie drove up. She was with her brother and bridesmaids! Such lovely people and they all knew how to pose for the pics.
Then it was ceremony time we were all impressed with all the bridesmaids and groomsmens entrances..high energy and very classy. After the ceremony and a lovely confetti shot out the front of the Mansion we jumped on the golf buggys and went for a quick drive into the heart of the golf course for the bridal portraits. Being a photographer that attends regular weddings here I know all the best areas and we certainly utilised all of them.
Once we were back the bride and groom changed into their traditional outfits and made their entrance in for the meal. Speeches were after the meal (and the food was incredible!) After the speeches we had a bit of a break before the evening reception started so I took Stephanie and Stephan outside for some more shots. This was just the two of them and as most of the formalities were done everyone felt a bit more relaxed.
It was now time to cut the cake and the first dance. I stayed to capture some of the mad dance floor action before leaving them in peace around 10.30pm to enjoy the last 30 minutes of the wedding reception.
