TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To secure John Paul O’Donnell Photography as your wedding photographer your £500 deposit must be paid with your booking form. This can be made by cheque, debit card or bank transfer. In the event of cancellation, unless another wedding booking is received for your cancelled date, the below cancellation policy shall apply.

 

2. John Paul O’Donnell Photography must be notified in writing of any changes to your Booking Form.

 

 

3. All albums include 60 images. Should you opt for less than 60 there is no cash, print credit or alternative for the unused quota. Additional album images are £15 each.

 

4. The balance for your chosen album is to be made no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding ceremony. If at any time prior to your wedding ceremony or at the time of your private viewing of the Images you decide to opt for an album of greater monetary value the monies already paid may be used as a deposit.

 

 

5. Please allow four weeks following the date of your wedding for your Images to become available for viewing.

 

6. Any additional images or products (frames, prints, parents albums etc) must be paid for in full prior to being ordered. All prices quoted exclude delivery.

 

 

7. You are welcome to collect orders from John Paul O’Donnell Photography, alternatively they may be sent to you by special delivery although the charge for this will be in addition to your order.

 

8. If John Paul O’Donnell Photography is to attend until after your wedding breakfast a full meal is to be provided.

 

 

9. Cancellation/Postponement Policy: The client may cancel a booking at any time by giving written notice to the photographer(s) but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Cancellation less than 6 months before the booking will result in payment in full. Any cancellation must be made in writing via recorded delivery.

 

10. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, death, injury or sickness beyond John Paul O’Donnell Photography’s control due to circumstances of the event or any cause beyond their control John Paul O’Donnell Photography, will be liable only to refund fees paid, less any expenses incurred.

 

 

11. John Paul O’Donnell Photography will be granted artistic licence in relation to all the photographs taken, locations selected, and amount of photography required. John Paul O’Donnell Photography will be the sole professional photographers at the venues. Video footage and snapshots are permitted on the basis that they do not interfere with the work of the photographer, are not offered for sale in any form, and cease if requested by the photographer.

 

12. All Storybook albums designs can be altered once, John Paul O’Donnell Photography will charge £75 per hour thereafter for any subsequent changes. The Storybook album packages have 30 Pages and 60 images as standard. Additional images are chargeable at £15 each. Our design style is not for alteration, image quantity increases have to be made with extra pages so that our style is in keeping to our contemporary design. Smaller books are all duplicate copies of the bride and grooms album.

 

13. John Paul O’Donnell Photography will own full copyright of all images. Under the Design and Patents act of (1988) in relation to all work created It is an offence under this act to copy or allow to be copied any photograph or other item originated by John Paul O’Donnell Photography.

 

14. The Photographer(s) may display any photographs included in this contract in his/her studio, web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slideshows.
