THE WEDDING

Amie and Sam’s Wedding at Manor of Groves.

I arrived at Amies parents house at 11.45, I walked in and I was met by all the bridesmaids .. Amies best friends from school. The dress was hanging up and amie had just opened her present from Sam (the wedding shoes) … what a great present to buy her and they looked fantastic.

The hair and make up was finishing and Amie got into her dress. When her dad came in he immediately saw the bridesmaids, all Amies school friends who he has known since the beginning of secondary school .. he was immediately struck by that, but then when he saw his daughter it really was a great moment.

I left the house to get to the church in ware.. as i was driving down towards the town I could see that the church was surrounded by scaffolding .. it didnt matter because we just shot the pictures from a different direction.

Sam was in the church and I went in and said hello so he came out and did a few pictures.

The rain started and the grooms brother (usher) came down to the bridesmaids with umbrellas. Then amie pulled in to the church in a White Rolls Royce Spur beautiful car.

The ceremony took place and it was beautiful. afterwards we headed to The manor of Groves, Sawbridgeworth and the couple got out and did their pictures before heading over to the guests for the drinks reception.

After the meal we heard three brilliant speeches and Nick the best man was amazing – the friends and family were lovely people and the day was a massive success. I met some great people and will be keeping in touch with them afterwards.
