Emma and Scotts outside Wedding at Blakes Essex

Date of Wedding 6th September 2018.

Bride – Emma Abram.

Groom – Scott Pope.

Venue – Blakes Golf Club.

The day started with me going over to Scotts parents house in Upshire. When I walked in Scott was getting ready with his 3 brothers. The house was beautiful, very open planned with lots of great places to take the photos. I took the main shots in the main room connecting to the back garden. Scott put his shirt and tie on then his dad helped him into his jacket. He was now ready and after having those all important family shots done I headed over to see Emma.

I arrived at Emma and Scotts house. Emma opened the door and look absolutely stunning..her make up was all done. I walked in the room at the back of the house and met the bridesmaids. Its lucky im not shy because there was six absolutely beautiful girls standing there.  All lovely ladies, really nice and all knew exactly how to pose for a shot. After a few nice pics of everyone they started to get ready and then put Emma into her dress. Emma’s dad John then saw his daughter for the first time in her beautiful dress and was lost for words – What an Absolutely stunning bride!

The Rolls Royce Phantom pulled up onto the drive and it was at this point I decided to make my way over to Blakes Golf Club in Ongar, Essex for the wedding ceremony. I arrived just over half an hour later and saw Scott and his family. He was chilled and was holding his beautiful baby girl Ellie. His cousins and family all came over to see him and then the registrar took him off to do the formalities.

Emma then arrived and I got some really beautiful shots of her in the back of the Rolls. The ceremony was now about to start and took place outside in the Gazebo. It was a beautiful and intimate wedding ceremony and was done beautifully by the Essex Registrars. After the ceremony we went out in the golf buggy into the heart of the golf course. As we were walking to get the shots on the green one of the members let Scott putt his ball in the hole , what a great guy; a real gentleman. I used the high grass and golf course for the main pictures of the couple. We then headed back to the guests to shoot the family and friends pics. I finished the main pictures with the bridesmaids and groomsmen driving golf buggy’s and got some great fun shots.

The speeches started. John the father of the bride thanked everybody for coming, he did an amazing speech to his daughter, everybody loved it. Scott then followed then it was his best mans turn” who was his dad Adrian”. What a lovely man and great guy he did a lovely speech.. It shows you how much Scott loves his dad to have him as his best man, a beautiful relationship; full of love. Everyone could now relax as the speeches were done and enjoy the wedding breakfast.

The evening guests all arrived and the bride and groom cut their wedding cake. They then took their positions for their first dance together as husband and wife. I finished the photos with a beautiful shot of Scott and Emma outside against the sky.

Scott and Emma Id just like to say that Thank You for booking me. Thank you for the wonderful meal and for looking after me at the wedding. I went home with a full belly and was buzzing from the day. See you both soon for the viewing. JP
