Katie and Daniels Wedding at Brickendon Grange Golf Club Hertfordshire. A beautiful spring church wedding and Brickendon Grange for the party.

What a day it was photographing Katie and Daniels wedding. Its not everyday you get to photograph The Female world Karate Champion and The Male British Commonweath Games Gold Medalist in the same day! As a first Dan Black Belt myself I am in total ore of these two, what super talented people they are and what great role models to all their students.

I loved photographing their day, meeting Daniels close mates. What a great bunch of lads they were too. loads of banter and fun but at the same time the serious side of it all too, whilst getting ready and staying calm.

It was great meeting Katies family at the house, there was a lot going on. Cups of tea being made, food being cooked and champagne being drunk. I did lots of pictures with everyone then Katie got into her wedding dress. I knew Katie wasnt a lover of having her picture taken so I took a very laid back approach and shot more natural photos. I then headed over to the Church to see Daniel and the boys arrive.

The ceremony took place at a beautiful Church in Stanstead Abbots. The ceremony was lovely, afterwards I got all the guests to line the driveway. Katie and Daniel then walked out the church and everyone threw the confetti. It was such a lovely day so I decided to shoot all the pictures at the Golf Club.

This was the right decision as Brickendon Grange Golf Club has so many stunning areas to shoot in. I mainly used the front of the house and parts of the golf course. The meal was a hog roast / bbq which was a great idea as people sat outside and inside chatting and having a great time.

The speeches then started and were brilliant The Best man was a natural and had the room in fits of laughter. Then it was party time and Katie and Daniel had their first dance together as the New Mr and Mrs Hollister.

Thank you to Danny (Best Man) and Laura (Maid Of Honour) and of course the beautiful Emma Hollister a great friend who recommended me to take the photos for her brothers wedding.
