The Benefits of Smiling. In my life as a professional photographer, I see a lot of smiles and Its one of the first things I notice about someone.  A smile can be seen from a distance and some people are better at it than others.  The best smile, in my opinion is the one that’s effortless when someone is caught naturally. There is an official day for smiling which is always the first Friday in October each year and is called World Smile Day.
