Thomas and Reece chose to hold their wedding at the beautiful Fanhams Hall. Their wedding ceremony took place in The Long Gallery. The Long Gallery is a beautiful room which over looks the formal gardens.
The day started with some shots of Thomas and Reece getting ready. They got ready separately so that they didn’t see each other until the ceremony started. Thomas had all the bridesmaids with him and was doing their hair. They really were a lovely bunch of girls and they delivered so well when it came to working those all important pictures.
Reece got ready with his dad Darren and little brother Harvey. It was very quiet and chilled in the room. Reece stood by the window and I got the most beautiful shot of him, he’s certainly a good looking man. I then left them to finish getting ready and headed down to Thomas to continue the shots.
Thomas is very photogenic..its hard to get a bad picture of him to be honest. Once I got the shots I needed I went down to the bar area. There must have been 100 people in there. One table struck me in particular. Some of the boys celebrity clients, so I said hello and took some shots. You look at the people here and see just how popular the boys are.
The ceremony was beautiful. Reece waited patiently as all the bridesmaids came in. It was at this point that Thomas walked in with his mum Joanne and the ceremony started. This was a beautiful moment..I just couldn’t stop taking pictures, every angle of these two was a winner!
After the ceremony the boys had their drinks reception with all their guests. They then went and planted a tree in memory of Thomas’s grandfather who they had laid a place for in the ceremony. The tree was planted and luckily nan was there to over see it as the boys are not gardeners.
We then went off and I used the formal gardens for some nice shots. We then headed up for a confetti shot and the family and friend pics. The meal was now ready so all the guests headed in for the meal. Just before the meal was cleared one of the waiters fell over (right in front of the top table) there was a big silence, the boys looked horrified; hands came up to faces. The next thing they started singing and the room erupted in laughter. Thomas parents had arranged the singing waiters. These boys are brilliant and I know Daniel very well (Link below).
After the meal we headed out with the bridesmaids and two maid of honours for some fun shots and I finished with pictures in the Japanese Gardens. It was now time for the first dance, everyone was up surrounding the dance floor.
Thomas and Reece, thank you for choosing me as your photographer. I thought the day was amazing. Your families, friends and bridesmaids were some of the nicest people i’ve ever met. Have a great honeymoon and I look forward to seeing you both soon for the viewing. JP
