First Meeting
I first met Carrie-ann and Philip at their home in Enfield. I don’t usually do home visits as everything is here at our offices but they were really busy and so I shot over to see them. We sat in their beautiful kitchen and got on really well… it was then that they decided to book us and we got the booking form filled in and everything in writing.
The Wedding day
Carrie-ann and Philips wedding took place at Ponsbourne Park Hotel. This beautiful venue is surrounded by over 200 acres of countryside but is closing its doors in December this year and will no longer be doing weddings. So its lovely that the couple chose this as their wedding venue. Carrie-ann and Philip got married in the Garden room which opens out onto the Gazebo and main gardens. Carrie-ann was given away by her brother Simon who I am sure was a very proud brother. After the ceremony the couple had drinks with all their guests before having their photos taken. They then took their seats for their first meal together as Mr and Mrs Chapman.
The speeches then took place and the couple then took to the floor for their first dance to the song “Islands in the stream…. a beautiful first dance song. Everyone then took to the floor and had a great evening celebrating with the bride and groom.
