  • When the guests arrive will the bar be open for them to get tea and coffee or alcoholic drinks?
  • What do you do to make the guests feel welcome when they arrive at your wedding venue?
  • Where do we park the special wedding cars that we have booked for the wedding?
  • Once the guests have arrived are the guests with cars at the front asked to move them so that we can have pictures at the front of the venue ?
