HANBURY MANOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Hanbury Manor is a beautiful, luxurious, stunning, expansive, classy and generally a totally amazing wedding venue! I am very fortunate to be a recommended photographer at this venue. So I know it very well and of course all those little hidden areas.

Both Lisa and Andrew got ready at Hanbury Manor which gave me an opportunity to get some amazing shots. The ceremony took place in Poles Hall and was conducted by Richard Edwards “Hertfordshires Best”. At the end the brides brother did a sand ceremony which was amazing and something i have not seen before.

Everyone then went out into the courtyard for the confetti shot and drinks reception. I used this area for some nice portraits of the bride and groom then took a few group shots. Lisa and Andrew booked me as their photographer because they liked my Reportage style of photography. This is a very natural style of photography with not too many set up shots. But at the same time making sure that those classical and constructed shots are taken.

After the meal and speeches we jumped onto the golf buggy and headed out for a 20 minute golden hour shoot. I mainly used the main house for the shoot, the 4th Tee on the golf course and the back terrace. It was nice for the bride and groom to get some time out on their own too.

The time was 6.56pm the sunset was perfect. I knew I only had a matter of minutes to nail the sunset shot so along with Anthony (videographer) I got the shot set up and then took that amazing photo featured at the top of the post, then just minutes after the sun was gone.

Lisa and Andrew absolutely smashed it having their photos taken. They have a lovely natural way with each other which comes across beautifully through the camera with those little smiles. It was now time for the first dance which was beautiful and ended with their children Isabelle and Oliver joining them.
