As a Fennes Essex Wedding Photographer, I had the privilege of documenting Cherie and Sam’s wedding. The ceremony took place in the Marquee at Fennes, Essex. Both the bride and groom prepared for their big day at the venue, making it convenient for me to capture every detail of the morning.

The weather was perfect for photography, slightly overcast sky; allowing for stunning photos in all areas. Fennes is a beautiful Georgian Manor House set in 100 acres of the finest North Essex Countryside.

When I arrived on the day Cherie was up in the main house getting ready with her Bridesmaids and mum. What a lovely bunch of girls, they were all helping each other get ready whilst the tunes were playing and the prosecco was flowing. Cherie is very photogenic, I realised this from the first click of the shutter…I knew I was in for an easy day!

I headed over to Sam (in the Honeymoon cottage). He was getting their little boy Mason ready and was there with his brother Harry and Cherie’s brother Shane. Once ready we did a nice Reservoir Dogs walking shot and I got everyone to join him for a big pic.

Having Mark Greatbatch there was a godsend, he put all the button holes on the boys and got everyone we needed out for photos (all day). If you are hesitating on booking a toastmaster, it really is a no brainer. I would not hesitate to book Mark (A Paul Hollywood look-alike).

After a lovely Ceremony in the Marquee at Fennes we headed out in the grounds for drinks and photos. I mainly used the front of the mansion House, Bridge and Main Gardens for the photos.
