Laura and Devon tied the knot in a beautiful Civil Ceremony in The Orangery at the stunning Gaynes Park in Epping, Essex. Gaynes Park is a beautiful Essex wedding venue in Cottered, Essex. The wedding Ceremony took place in Orangery a building set within the walled garden. Brides get to walk down the long garden aisle where the Orangery stands on what was once a Victorian conservatory.

Laura and Devon both got ready in the Wedding Cottage. Laura got ready upstairs and Devon got ready downstairs. The music was loud so they never saw or heard each other until the ceremony. The Hair and make up team set up on both levels. This worked really well and allowed me to go between the two brides taking photos whilst they were at various stages getting ready.

Once they were ready they both left the wedding cottage separately and reunited in the Orangery for their wedding ceremony. The Orangery is beautiful for photos and is flooded with natural light. Once the ceremony finished they had a drinks reception and I started the photos. The family and friends were some of the nicest people that I have the pleasure of photographing. Then after a few little drink breaks we headed out for the main shoot.

The brides two brothers came Jonathan and Jack came with us for the main shoot. Two lovely fellas, we had a great time with them laying their sisters dresses out and speeding the shoot up.  This gave me an opportunity for some great fun shots.

The meal was served in the Mill Barn which is an impressive setting with a mezzanine floor. This provides so many opportunities for great photos and is used more on a wet day. The speeches were before the meal so that everyone could enjoy the food. Afterwards the guests went out into the open-sided Gather Barn where the barbecue was being cooked.

The light was dropping fast and I knew we had about 15 minutes of light left before the sun sets. So I took the opportunity before the dancing to get the girls out. A lovely moment was when the little ones came and joined them. I took the sunset shots in the field next to the main barn. Then I looked across as we finished and saw the lights in the gazebo come on. This was perfect timing! so I took some magical shots in their too. These lovely areas are some of the many locations I shoot in, that has made me a main contender for WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT GAYNES PARK ESSEX.

The dance floor was surrounded, the guests were ready. Laura and Devon made their way in to a huge applause and cut their wedding cake. Then they had their first dance together as wife and wife before dancing with their dads. The guests then joined in and the party was on.

“What a great day seeing these two beautiful ladies get married. They fell in love at the stables whilst having a mutual love for horses. Then got married in a stunning setting at one of the best venues in Essex”.
